At Claude Philippe Wines, we embrace a natural and organic approach that allows the unique characteristics of the vineyard and site to shine through in every bottle we produce. Our commitment to a hands-off winemaking style means the wines are never racked, aging gracefully on the lees. This method imparts remarkable density and distinctive textural features, contributing to a truly exceptional experience.
We pride ourselves on utilizing 75% New French Oak, imparting a delightful array of mouthfeel experiences and warm spice aromas. By choosing not to filter our wines, we preserve a richer and fuller cadence, letting the true essence of the grapes come to life. Each sip tells a story of our commitment to quality and the unique terroir of exceptional vineyards.
